TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS

*A 50% deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion. Late payments are subject to a 5% fee per week after the due date.

PROJECT TIMELINES

*Projects are estimated to take 4–6 weeks, contingent upon timely receipt of all client-provided materials. Delays caused by the client may extend the timeline.

Intellectual property rights

*Clients receive full ownership of final designs upon receipt of final payment. Preliminary concepts remain the property of Everbeez Graphics and cannot be reproduced without consent.

Revision policies

*The project includes up to three rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $65/hour.

Termination clauses

*If the client terminates the project before completion, 25% of the total project fee is non-refundable. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed at $65/hour.

CONFIDENTIALITY

*All client-provided materials are confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
